Flinders' Street injection room

Melbourne is going to be home to the second safe injection room, on Flinders' street. A safe injection room is a medically supervised room for safe and hygienic injections for drug addicts. Victorian Health Minister, Martin Foley says that the process of choosing a site is still under way. There has been some conflict on the placement of the safe injection room, the original idea being set up near the Queen Victoria Market. However this placement was not accepted.
